Terry Evans Basketball Camp

Effective Date: September 11, 2025

By registering for Terry Evans Basketball Camp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all participants, parents, guardians, and attendees.

Registration: All registrations must be completed with full payment and required forms submitted by the specified deadline.

Payment: Full payment is due at time of registration. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. A $50 non-refundable registration fee applies to all enrollments.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days before camp start date: Full refund minus $50 registration fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before camp: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before camp: No refund
• No refunds for missed days due to illness, injury, or personal circumstances

Medical Requirements: All participants must submit completed medical forms including emergency contacts, health conditions, allergies, and current medications.

Assumption of Risk: Participants and parents/guardians acknowledge that basketball activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, equipment failure, and accidents.

Medical Treatment: In case of emergency, camp staff are authorized to seek immediate medical treatment for participants when parents/guardians cannot be reached.

Behavior Expectations: All participants must demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches and fellow campers, and adherence to camp rules. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Equipment: Participants must bring appropriate basketball attire and shoes. The camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Release of Claims: Participants and parents/guardians release Terry Evans Basketball Camp, its coaches, staff, and facilities from all claims arising from participation in camp activities.

Photo/Video Release: We may photograph or videotape camp activities for promotional purposes. Participants consent to such use unless specifically opted out during registration.

Schedule Changes: Camp reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or locations due to weather, facility issues, or safety concerns.

Dismissal Policy: Camp reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct endangers others or disrupts camp activities. No refunds will be provided for dismissals.

Communication: Important updates will be sent via email and posted on our website. Parents are responsible for monitoring communications.

Modification: These terms may be updated at any time. Current terms will be posted on our website.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Oklahoma state law and Edmond city ordinances.
